Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in residential area.  1 mile from downtown parkway in Gatlinburg.

Downstairs has master bedroom with king size bed, 2 person jacuzzi, sitting area with couch & color cable TV, stand up shower & restroom can be closed off to the rest of the bedroom.  Also downstairs, is a 1 car garage with washer/dryer.

Upstairs is living room with wood burning fireplace, color cable TV & VCR.  Fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen & living room have their own access to patios with charcoal grill.  Full bath in hallway & the 2 bedrooms upstairs each have a queen bed & their own access to patio.
